Anyone who has dined at Bei Amici Restaurant in Darling Point will know that atmosphere is of the utmost importance. This July, Bei Amici have decided to take that one step further by hosting a delicious night of food and wine with a gorgeous backdrop like no other, Sydney Harbour.
Cruise the harbour by night aboard our luxury 90′ catamaran Olympic Storm while you enjoy the mastery of Swiss chef Felix Rutz, co-owner of Bei Amici Restaurant. Felix combines traditional European style with modern techniques and fresh local produce to create inventive and exquisite dishes.

A timeline for your mouth watering evening:
6.45pm – Olympic Storm will depart from Double Bay Wharf with guests enjoying a warming mulled wine and gorgonzola crostini with whisky soaked sultanas.
7.30pm – Nestle into Athol Bay (near Taronga zoo), a very popular spot to enjoy views of Sydney’s skyline while we indulge in and share a fine selection of Bei Amici dishes.
Prawn salad with green apple and horseraddish
Duckliver pate with mustard pear
Burrata with pickled mushroom, grapes and walnuts
Smoked potato soup with speck and chives
Beef cheeks braised with Guinness beer and tomato, beans and polenta
Carrots cooked in carrot juice with vanilla and lime
Bread with butter
8:45pm – Float towards the bridge for dessert in front of Sydney Opera House.
Hazelnut meringue, poached quince, strawberries and mascarpone mousse.
9:30pm – Disembark at your preferred drop off point: Darling Point, Double Bay, or perhaps a stay in the City.
