* Includes tablecloths and clean up (client to supply their own crockery and cutlery). Catering is to be preloaded 2-3 hours prior to charter where possible, otherwise in the days before between 10am-2pm (preferred). Food is to be platter style or pre-prepared with minimum preparation required. Galaxy I staff will assist with the serving of food and beverages during the charter. Pre-loading is at Elliott St Wharf Balmain on application.
